At Houston Bark Park and Daycare, we’re always looking for ways to thank our amazing pet parents for their continued trust and love. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Bark Park Perks Loyalty Program! This program is designed to reward you for every visit!

 

How It Works:

Simply, every eligible daycare or boarding visit you make earns 1 point. The more points you collect, the more rewards you can redeem!

The fine Print​​

  • Points are earned for eligible daycare or boarding visits only and are non-transferable.

  • One (1) point is awarded per qualifying daycare or boarding visit per dog.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Rewards and tier thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no daycare visits or redemptions).

  • Loyalty points may only be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be transferred or gifted.

  • Free days or services earned through the program are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Houston Bark Park & Daycare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

  • Abuse of the program (including but not limited to fraudulent referrals or misuse of points) may result in removal from the program.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Free overnight boarding accommodations refer to "large suites" at the Energy Corridor locations and standard suites at the Heights (Maxie and Shepherd) locations.

  • Free daycare days cannot be applied to overnight stays that land on a holiday.

  • Free overnight boarding cannot be applied to holiday stays.
