Unlimited Membership Details

Prices

  • Single Dog: $845/month

  • Multi-Dog Family: $1,295/month (covers up to 4 dogs)

  • Shepherd and Maxie members may use either Heights location interchangeably for daycare and boarding
     

Because Academy has limited daily spots, we recommend keeping Academy standing days at your designated home location to guarantee placement​

Membership Terms

  • Three-month minimum commitment required at enrollment

  • Auto-drafted monthly

  • No refunds

  • To cancel: written notice required (per membership agreement)

Drop-Off Perks

Weekday Drop-Off (Monday–Friday Only)

Daycare:

  • Anytime between 6:30 AM – 7:45 PM

  • Closed daily from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Boarding:

  • 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Lunch-hour drop-off available with advance notice

  • To receive dinner on weekday boarding stays, drop-off must be by 3:00 PM
     

Weekend Drop-Off (Front Desk Hours)

Weekend daycare and boarding drop-offs must occur during front desk hours:

Maxie & Shepherd:

  • 8:00–10:00 AM or 4:00–6:00 PM

  • To receive dinner for a boarding stay, drop-off must occur during the morning window so meals can be prepared in advance

Daycare Perks

  • Unlimited daycare during regular operating hours (including holidays)

  • Benefits apply to both locations
     

Boarding Perks

  • Boarding reservations required

  • One Free Weekend Boarding Stay per month (Friday–Sunday)

  • Does not roll over

  • Non-transferable

  • Must be used within the active membership month

  • House kibble fee waived if needed during Free Weekend stay

  • Holiday boarding fees waived during peak pricing
     

Complimentary Boarding Upgrades (Every Stay)

  • Rotating evening snack included

  • Complimentary report cards

Private Park Membership (Maxie Location)

  • Private park membership at our Maxie location is included

  • Dogs exhibiting stranger danger (comfortable with regular staff but reactive toward unfamiliar people) may not be eligible

  • Dogs that resource guard toys may not be eligible

  • Your Location Manager can provide eligibility guidance
     

Bonus Perks

  • Holiday photos included during picture days ($25 value)
     

Academy Perks

  • Academy included on any eligible day for your pup
    (Mini Mondays for small dogs)

  • Members receive first priority access to standing Academy days

  • At the beginning of each month, you’ll select preferred days and we’ll secure your recurring schedule
