SMS Terms of Service

1. Program description. Houston Bark Park and Day Care, Inc. operates a text messaging program for its customers. If you opt in, we send transactional messages about your dog's stay, including check-in and ready-for-pickup notices, reservation and appointment confirmations and reminders, vaccination record reminders, and facility closure or emergency notices. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we also send occasional offers about daycare packages, boarding and grooming.

2. How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

3. Help and support. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@houstonbarkpark.com or 281-888-1428.

4. Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from Houston Bark Park and Day Care, Inc.

7. Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.houstonbarkpark.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
